一、前言
　　我国大约在1996年首次使用ADSS光缆，之后迅速推广应用。据不完全统计，至尽在220KV及以下系统中安装运行的ADSS光缆已超过2万公里。在ADSS大面积使用的过程中，无论是进口还是国内生产的产品，在安装和运行中都已发生了一些电蚀故障（虽然难见报导但是不容回避），有些还较严重，令人担忧并产生了困惑和疑虑
